I'm sure that it would be. However, the length of time between installation and reporting/analysis could be days or weeks. I very highly doubt the film is reviewed regularly.

The smartest thing to do is simply use ATMs you're used to. You're far more likely to notice the subtle changes if it is one you use regularly.
