Yep. Cox used to pester me with letters about bandwidth usage. Then Verizon qualified our neighborhood for full 30Mb/s FIOS. Those letters stopped, and my bill dropped to $29.99 a month. Competition rules :)

uTorrent is the best IMHO.
UPnP is so horrible, I can't believe anyone would actually turn it on.
