glad you finally made a decision, I am in the same boat. Would like to froggy 
hop to A64 but does not seem doable at this time ( at least as high as I would 
like to jump ) just bumped system to 2 gig of ram ( on special at newegg, $129 
after rebate )

Video card would be a nice improvement but how much to spend on a supposedly 
obsolete slot. And cards, core clock, memory clock, pipelines, memory 128/256 
bit  errrrrr.
actually looking at a straight 6800. lower MHz then some but 256bit memory and 
12 piplines.

You definitely spent more then I want to. $150 is tops for me.
