I am real curious if a new PSU fixes this, as I have the same PSU and are in 
the market for a new video card but am leaning more towards R&R'ing the MB and 
cpu and going PCI whatever they are :-D

board and a chip starting to make more sense to me then putting money in a agp 
gpu
