I put the card on it's own lead and I am still having the same problems.  

I never had problems (except for low framrate in CFS3.  I might have already
patched it.  I'll check it out.

I tried running Crimson Skies and it locks up pretty fast.  I ran Quake III
for about 20 minutes and it did the same thing.

When it locks up, the screen goes black and the power button on the monitor
blinks.  The game stutters where it was and I have to reset the machine.

Do you all see a new PS in my future?  The Antec TruePower2 550 looks like
it might work.
