Good to know, and for those following the thread, I posed my
original question, regarding leaving the printer powered on to
Epson, and here is what they replied

Thank you for contacting the Epson Connection.
Always turn the printer off when not in use. This will park the print heads
and prevent air getting in the nozzles.
Doesn't stop the ink from drying up though.
