Subject: [H] Linksys / Belkin router setup

I am setting up my LAN with three routers in order to isolate the WIFI
from the LAN.

LAN1 ---Linksys 192.168.1.1
                 |
              WAN3 --- Linksys 192.168.3.1
                 |
WIFI2 --- Belkin 192.168.2.1

All three routers are with four port switch and WIFI, and all are new this
year. I have disabled the WIFI on the two Linksys routers. The WAN Linksys
is, of course, plugged into a Motorola cable modem. The LAN1 Linksys is
plugged into the WAN3 Linksys though the LAN1s WAN port to a standard port
on the WAN3 port as Linksys specifies.

I ran the two Linksys LAN1 and WAN3 together for a week with no problem.
Then today I hooked up the Belkin WIFI2. The Belkin WAN port is plugged
into a standard port on the WAN3 Linksys.

When I try to access with my WIFI laptop, I can see the Belkin there, but
there is nothing to connect to. It does not appear to be getting any feed
from the Linksys WAN. The connect line is lit the WAN light is amber which
means there is something wrong and I have no Internet access.

I have reset the Belkin so it is at it's unsecured defaults, but still no
connection. I am beginning to think that this is a case of hardware
incompatibility, and the Belkin just doesn't want to work with the Linksys.

I tried to contact Belkin but I got a "radio" like satellite phone
connection, a huge background din of voices, and somebody with a accent so
strong that I couldn't understand him. And from the little I understood of
what he was saying, he couldn't seem to get what I was doing.

Any body have any thoughts?
