run system restore and go back as far as you can, can be found in
Programs\Accessories\System Tools ( or somewhere like this )
can always create a current system point for return, is kind of like a MS
wayback machine. Has on occasion been helpful.
probably will not fix the virus and trojan, would this be considered PC ED :{)
