Avoid Vonage like the plague! The service is good as long as you don't need them to do anything for you from a customer support standpoint.
Took over 3 months for them to port my number. Mind you not because it took that long, but because they dropped the ball doing the port. To cover their ass they actually claimed (among other lies) that Verizon was "ignoring the request" which of course was not true.
