Well I don't really need the crossfire, it's the board 939 I liked, ie,
features/price/ability use ddr400. Users on Newegg seem to really like the
board.

I thought since the board had crossfire, that for greatest stability, I had
to install a crossfire compatable card.

Why would you need a Crossfire setup for a media PC?
