The only way that I know of doing it is with a BartPE or XpPe disk &
that's exactly why I developed the XpPe disk in the 1st place.
Unfortunately, PE doesn't give you full access to the registry - I've
often found additional entries when I run the scan locally after
scanning in PE. Perhaps I'm doing it wrong, of course.
