Don't mean to sound dense, but I do not understand.  Here is the specs of my 
shortcut:
Target: E:\EudoraPro\Eudora.exe
Start in: E:\EudoraPro

The directory, E:\EudoraPro, is where all the old email, mailboxes, and Eudora 
files are located.
Sheesh, this used to be so simple.......... :)

My Eudora is now on my E: drive, the only directory there.
Originally, it was on the D:\ drive.  I've updated the eudora.ini file to point 
to E:\
Confused?

Gonna try it back on D:\ again.......... :)
