OK, now I see where you came from. Yes, the "attach" directory was sorted
by "date ascending."
The old email's attachments only became redX'd after I instituted separate
(monthly) sub-directories. This is not a new "bug" though. Happens
everytime I reload Eudora AND forget to start this process B4 getting new
mail. LOL! It is my bad. I suppose I was really wondering why I can not
seem to edit/re-stitch the attachments back to their original emails
after-the-fact?
Thanks. Local problem most likely. I'll put everything back and see what
happens.
Best,
Duncan

Well, I'm assuming that you want to view what attachments you have based
on the timestamp. So you would want to go into the attach directory, sort
by timestamp, and you'd be able to see the attachments sorted based on the
date that you got them.
