How much are you willing to spend? A QX6800 + GA-35P-DQ6 on intel's new i35p chipset flat out rocks. Though not sli of course
On the other end, you can get good value with: Gigabyte 965p-ds3 + e6600 Asus P5B-E + q6600 Just thinking of options that are not sli. But if sli is at all an option, the there are plenty of great 680i boards and 650 boards.
