The AC'97 driver is likely the one you want. All of the Conexant modems
I've seen with Dell have used that driver.
HDA = High Def Audio
AC'97 = Standard sound cards
I think it's how it outputs it's whirrs and buzzes to the sound card
that determine the driver.

Already have latest "Dell" driver for this pos modem...... :)
Was confused by the 3 different W2K versions:
Win2K
AC'97 (?)
hda (?)
Any help for "ac'97" and "hda" would be appreciated.
