Okay, just to close the loop, I downloaded and installed Super, on the first try I got a file that the Creative Zen was happy to load & play. It seemed that it had problems with the sound encoder.
Under the heading of 'Stupid Management Tricks', we have Creative Tech Support, who, with a straight face, claimed that they could not help me with their 2 month old patch that killed the converter because my Zen was out of warranty (bought back in 2005). Oh, but I could get help if I paid for it. Yeah, right..... Steve On 6/21/07, j maccraw <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
Maybe Media Monkey handles video conversion? Not sure but it beats Creative's software for syncing!
