read the manual ( cough ) does not specify other then configurable in the bios. Guess I will just need to fire this baby up :-D but waiting on fans. Was pondering to myself whether the Asus cool and quiet might control these turbines. Another test to do in the shop b4 prime time. Just wish these fans were controlled by other then a Supermicro MB. If I had known that I might have looked more closely at their boards, actually have some nice ones but have no idea on $$$ stock fans are very nice but I do not need a hover craft. :-(
