Best deal on orange box was circuit city for like $38 which best buy will price match. Valve charges MSRP through steam which is moronic given what you agree to by using the service.
Valve licenses based on the user, not the PC, so you can install steam on any PC & play your licensed games. Now if they would add child sub-accounts or allow transfer of finished titles I'd be a happier camper.
