[H] video card

[Winterlight]

I need to upgrade a AGP video card. It must run Vista Aero, not 
because I plan to run Vista, but because the HD video editing 
software I own uses that as criteria for  it's support. I also want 
it to support HD. No gaming what so ever.

It must have really easy to use TV OUT so I can just play a video 
file and it just outputs to the TV. This is a very important feature 
for me. And it would be nice if it supported some kind of screen zoom 
in it's drivers.

Those are my only requirements... ATI.. Nvidia ...doesn't matter.... 
any suggestions?
