[H] ASUS P5E WS Professional LGA 775 Intel X38 ATX Intel Motherboard

I am getting ready to buy this board... it appears to be Asus top end 
workstation board for DDR2. Any comments, warnings?
One thing I am a bit surprised by is that the board apparently 
supports Core 2 Extreme /  Core 2 Quad / Core 2 Due / Core 2 / 
Pentium D / Pentium 4 and Celeron processors.
So I can use my P4 3.4 PGA478 in it ....does that sound right?
