Yes, You need to sit down with your client and talk some more. I do believe that all experience/knowledge you might need lives here on this list. I've read yards of stuff I do not even know how to ask the right opening question about. Good plan. Best, D

I don't know anyone that does exchange - I don't even know where to send him. I do know there are hosted solutions and might be what we need. I don't think we'd be able to do this anyway cuz he wants emails on his phone and shit like that, I think this has to be done with his cell carrier. I just need to sit down with him and see what he wants to do. Hosted makes the most sense esp. for the limited number of people (2 to 3).
