Look into your case and make sure your airflow is working well. This means get the power supply cables and mother board cables out of the middle of the case and try to hide them. Also, put some quality fans in the case, may make it loud once the fans turn on full, but at least it will keep the components cool.
Another thing you may want to look at is the power supply. Make sure it is moving air thru it and keeping cool. Why? The hotter the power supply the less power the power supply will give to your computer components.
