The fans on the side door of the case can be a problem. You have the air going out or going in there? If the air is going outward try making the air move inward. This way the air is being pushed from the back of the case.
I would also make sure the fans on the rear of the case is moving air to the back of the case. If you have to, make those move at a higher RPM.
