Shouldn't make a difference though if they use a non-overlapping part of the spectrum?

Like with wifi, channels 1,6,11 can all be maxing out at once and not interfere with each other.

If you were using channels 1,2,3 they would interfere, as the spectrums overlap.

This is at least my understanding :p

That's because they aren't downloading a stream of data at 3.5MB/s (that's megaBYTES) from a FIOS connection :)

Is that accurate? Does the adesso really use that much of the
spectrum? It's my understanding that 802.11b/g channels each use a
small portion of the range. Couldn't you just change the wifi channel
until you find a non-conflicting area? Or is that not possible?

I've heard of problems with 2.4ghz phones and wifi for instance, but
at my parents house where they have 2.4ghz phones, I've never been
able to detect any interference..
