I typically use the S12 series--and any of them are fine. Unlike other manufacturers, SeaSonic does not directly produce a "value" line that is of lesser quality that you need to look out for.
The M12 series is modular, but I won't touch them personally. I don't want any more connections between the PSU and the device than absolutely necessary, because they can (and do) fail. Just my dislike of modular designs in general, nothing specific to SeaSonic. There are a number of rebranded supplies too, if you're interested. PCP&C's Silencer line and Corsair's HX lines (620w and less only) are built by SeaSonic and are of high quality. Supposedly some Antecs are as well (TruePower Trio, Neo...maybe some others), but I just can't bring myself to buy another Antec after having so many of the CWT-built ones fail.
