The most comprehensive, exhaustive, slipstreaming guide on the internets for
slipstreaming the latest service pack on to any version of XP. SP1, SP2, RTM,
OEM, VLK, Retail, whatever.

Note: Be careful, this is very lengthy.

1. Copy your CD to a directory [ "c:\xpcd" for example]
2. Acquire SP3 [rename it to "SP3.exe" for example]
3. Type this command: SP3.exe -s:C:\XPCD

Done.

Wait, you were expecting more?

(Still don't understand commercial webpages with "slipstreaming guides", all
the fuss over a single command line)
