If it don't work moved back, then the DMM suggestion is moot obviously. Good luck
sorting it out, new builds can be a PITA for sure!

No it did not even work back here on my desk/workbench. I do plan to
try and run it naked (sans case), and with only 1 dimm. A bit confused
about the DMM work to do; the AC outlet power is nominal at 120VAC.
The old PC works fine in the guest BR on the same ups...........very odd.
