Even though I have NO idea what that 20MB of code may possibly
contain/plug.....
Good thing we now have BIG hard drives for all this "extra protection."
ATM, I think it is all very good. The LAN seems happy for now.

One thing I've noticed, same as you might be saying, they seem to error on
the side
of caution and add in some Office stuff, even if Office seems like it is
not installed at all...
(Seen that more than once...)

Outlook
MS Suite 2005
Outlook remains troublesome; I do not use it actively. Suppose I am
happy to see MS finally fixing OL after the past 10 years of comments
here in the Collective........ :)
The other 2 I have no idea about at all. Are these connected to PowerPoint?
I do know how to "hide" stuff, but I do wonder what future trouble I
might buy without these "critical" updates. Opinions are most
welcome................
