Problem with that is Samsung came out with the LED DLPs last year but didn't
release new models this year...why is that? Most speculate that it's b/c
they're no longer going to make them.

Almost everyone is switching to LCD b/c it's MUCH cheaper to make (it's why
Pioneer had to get out of plasma) even if it's not quite as good
yet...Mitsubishi had the Laserviews but those weren't put into real
production and had TONS of issues, so I've heard they're dead.

So get the LED DLPs while they're still available b/c I think DLPs are going
away and we'll be left with a few plasmas and mostly all LCDs to pick from!
FWIW.

Yeah I read that.

DLP's were almost dead, down to 2-3 manufacturers out there this last
year and now with the LED backlights might be coming back to compete
as well. :)
