[H] TechNet Plus Subscription

I have been a MS TechNet member for years. Last week I got an offer 
from MS to purchase the Plus subscription at a substantial 
discount,  and it sounds like something members on this list have 
written about. It is not the first time they have offered it to me 
but it with the discount I am thinking about it.

....With a TechNet Plus Subscription, you can evaluate over 70 
full-version Microsoft software titles like Windows 7 without time or 
feature limits.....

Is this the deal where you get to download free licensed software to 
evaluate with no time limits or limitations? If so do you get one 
license for each.. or more then that... like windows 7 ultimate? What 
happens if you install it and then a year later don't renew your 
membership? I guess what I am asking is that once installed is it 
good forever... or what?

Do you have to report on the software... like a beta tester ... do 
you have any other obligation to MS if you say yes?
