Does this make any sense to anybody? And if they want to adjust my lines why do they need to make an appointment?
I got a message from COX today saying that they were performing
upgrades on the lines in my area next week, and they noticed that my
modem = Surfboard 2 was out of range. The upgrades may adversely
effect my connection, and they want to send a tech out to adjust the
lines so my modem is in range, and I don't experience any outages
during the upgrades.
