Btw this isn't FIOS it's just fiber from www.epbfi.com... right?
FIOS = Verizon branding in theory.

In theory, the way FIOS works is:

Fiber -> Their Box (has a UPS etc) -> RJ45 to my Router
                                   -> Wires/Rj11 to my then copper phone setup
