Neil,
Thank you. Not certain I have anything sorted out anymore. The more I think I have a handle on, the more stuff just goes FUBAR.
TB seems to be stitched back to 'working form' ATM.
[Thank you Scott!]
Perhaps one day I may play OL. Just because it seems to be an ISP default now. And, I do need an ISP; still!! Just not yet. Sorry.
Best,
Duncan

(btw, glad you got it sorted out Duncan)

LOL!!!
I suppose (now) not!....... :)
(Time will allow me to once again fire ATT.) (Until that happens, I must
live under their rule-set.) (In ATT-land, Eudora is NOT spoken; at least I
can NOT make it work!) Yes, that is most likely just ME! FINE!
Nice help you old Burrito-Bandit!
Always knew you was smarter that the average (me) bandit!!!!
Best,
Duncan

I thought OE was the only email proggy that did that.

Luck

At 11:42 AM 7/21/2010, DSinc Poked the stick with:
Mozilla TBird (v3.1.1) has done it again!
All my old mail folders are GONE!
TB is/was v3.1.1. I suspect a baddie. I suddenly have Local Email Folders
(objects) that make ZERO sense to me. And, all of them are blank.

I have already gone backwards 4 Restore points. NO JOY! I can/will go
back farther if need be. Maybe 07/07/10; or, whenever v3.1 got done!

Yes, I do see my initial Mistake about Allowing Automatic Updates!
Still trying to kill this vestige of stupidity. I do so hope an
erase/re-build will fix this (XP seems to store lots of info?).

I have older "profiles" stored. Don't know what to do with them ATM.
I can kill/re-install TB v304 or TB v31. No decision yet.

Really, I'd just like my old EMail Folders (email) BACK. POSSIBLE?
This TBird learning curve is now beyond painful.
Perhaps Opera?
Thank You,
Duncan
