yes it is, i lurk more than ever now.

i remember the early days where hardwaregroup.org resided on a tower PC in
my dorm room, briefly as school admins gave me a stern talking to and
warning letter about hosting external sites. that letter is still somewhere
in one of my books in storage. jim graciously picked up the slack and has
been maintaining the list ever since; died down for a little bit but he
resurrected it.

chris reeves still always around, i remember him being a chris wong due to
losing a bet to his wife. other names like glasswolf no longer visible
here. bryan seitz was a very opinionated younger man in his college days.
harry macgregor is/was a striking astute kid when he first joined too.
james boswell liked to rile up the conversations every now and again.

and for those that dont know, anand (yes, the anandtech.com) was briefly on
the list in the early days, he was probably no older than a teen then.
