Not really. It's expected to be a few % faster (actual results remain to be 
seen...as we saw with SB vs SB-E, results of one do not necessarily foretell 
the other), and should run a bit cooler at stock. Stock speeds will be a touch 
higher. Overclocking capability is TBD...the solder between the core and the 
IHS should help, but a lot of people believe that the TIM was only part of the 
challenge with IB.

I would find it difficult to justify an upgrade for any practical reasons--not 
that a practical reason is at all required.
