Easy as pie. Just get a good active miniDP/DP -> DVI adapter that
won't flake out and drop the signal.
My favorite has always been the Sapphire ones, since a bunch of
others I tested would eventually drop out and cause the monitor to
be redetected.

Forgot to mention, did not need an adapter for the 780Ti as it has 3
TMDS sources vs. 2 on the Radeons (only had experience up to the
7970GE, so probably true for the R9 280x as well).
