I have two windows 10 PRO laptops. When Creators update became
available I decided to install it after which neither computer would
update windows. It shows the updates I need but can't download and
install them. It also can not install other updates, such as Adobe
Flash or Malwarebytes nor ANYTHING from the Windows Store. I couldn't
fix the problem so I just restored my own backup and everything has
been normal again. Yesterday, this laptop had a message from MS that
it was now ready for Creators Update. I said OK, it installed and
once again I can't get any windows update a waiting security update
from Adobe flash, and when I go to the Windows store and try and
download a app I am told something went wrong. I would of of thought
that it is something about this laptop but this has happened on two
completely separate laptops.
Has anybody even heard of this problem before? Any ideas? Is there
anyway to even ask MS?
