[H] Arris DG1670a

My ISP wants me to buy a refurb Arris DG1670 for $65 so I can upgrade 
from 20Mbit to 100Mbit.  I'd rather get a new one than a refurb, but I 
can't find them anywhere (or from any of my distributors).

Anyone know where I can get one?
