Hi,
During some Playing Around(TM) with an IDE SDHC adapter, and a Sandisk 30MB/s SDHC card, I managed to fry both the primary controllers on the mainboard involved, as well
as the adapter card. The smell of fried electronics never lies, but I do NOT love it in the morning ;)
In my hunt for the right adapter for an SDHC card, has anyone on this list
particular good experiences with a specific card or brand?
So far, cards with the chip "FC 1306T .GP" does not have the best reputation at my place,
nor does cards of the brand "Sintec".
Available information about "Chinese embedded firmware" doesn't help on that,
either.
Any pure US/other manufacturer of this sort of product that ships to
Europe...???
Sanity before budget, that is :)
