[H] XBOX Kinect

Hey guys,
	Does anyone have a Kinect yet?  I'm thinking about getting the 
bundle (250GB) to replace/add to my Wii.  Is the Kinect significantly 
better than the Wii?  I also have a bit of a problem with my 
layout.  I'm using a projector, so my layout looks like this:

Does the Xbox Kinect bar come as wireless device?  If not, does it 
have a 10'-15' cable?
