I think the problem is, I'm finding that with my 2 kids they constantly get the 'your too close' 'your too far awar' message. That's difficult for them. With something like a Wiimote, or a controller, that stuff doesn't matter.
More then that, since wiimote comes with every wii and is the only controller, there are thousands of games. Kinect has a few, and none so far really impress. Though the voice activated control is nice. Response is way worse then the Wii (lag) and you may need to re-arrange furniture to make sure it gets you properly adjusted. Games are limited. I find the lack of any controller/button to be very limiting. I'm thinking about getting the bundle (250GB) to replace/add to my Wii. Is the Kinect significantly better than the Wii? I also have a bit of a problem with my layout. I'm using a projector, so my layout looks like this: W W W P A i i r L i M i o L b e j a e <--- 4''------------>r<----------6'---------><-------4'---------><------4'--- --->c t o r Does the Xbox Kinect bar come as wireless device? If not, does it have a 10'-15' cable? Thanks, T
