[H] Mobo Swap?

Anyone done a mobo swap lately?  I'm causually thinking new mobo, CPU 
and RAM.  This, while keeping Windows 7-64 (SSD for boot and progs and 
HD for data ) intact. I've done this before, a while ago, and windows 
just loaded up all the right drivers. Any reason this won't work now?
