[H] XP Mode

I have MS Virtual windows XP Mode installed in my primary Windows 7 
PRO computer. I would like to put this on my laptop as well which is 
running Windows  7 Ultimate. Can I just copy one virtual XP Mode from 
one computer to another .... will it work... should I get another 
free license for the laptop? Anybody try this?
