Just a thought? It might help to dig out your HWG-List <pw> and visit
the HWG web portal for a log-in. I visit once ever 1-2yrs to make sure
all my personal choices are still in effect (active).

I do understand this pain. Over the years many internal and external
glitches have caused some temporary grief. Visits to the home site
always fixed same.
