Around 1.2 volts should be the Vcc standard. I haven't looked at my VID, but
my BIOS reports 1.168v as stock for my 2500K.

1.5 is the DDR3 JEDEC standard. 1.35 is the DDR3L (low voltage) JEDEC
standard.
1.65 is the Intel-recommended absolute maximum voltage for Vdimm.

Usually, your JEDEC-standard speeds and CAS timings will be 1.5; 1.65 is
going to be for anything above standard.
