EXCEPT that Ebay punishes EVERYBODY rather than the ones that cheat.
Like you said they are easy to find, why can't Ebay find THEM and deal
with THEM??? Of course, to do that takes effort and doesn't result in
as many extra dollars as painting all the sellers with the same accusing
brush, eh? Ebay is using that as an excuse to shout down everyone who
is getting hurt. It's the same idea as getting rid of one bad tenant by
evicting everybody. That'll teach 'em.

EXCEPT to Ebay who loose on fees. It's there ball and trying to work
around their fees is going to result in these sorts of changes.
