Set up a w7 pro system for a friend with two users ( b4 him and his
wife had two systems on a KVM)
He called me yesterday and said when he goes to the wife's login it
will not let him back to his side without rebooting. He is locked
out. He is set to auto log on his side. I have no idea since my main
box is still XP and my two other boxes are W7 but I do not use them
daily and they are not set up multi user.
Only thing I can find Google is there is a setting to lock the user
out if the wrong PW is used too many times but default is supposed to be 0.
I suppose I will have a better idea WTF with hands on but he just
left for two weeks to kite board on the outer banks.
FWIW he is PW'ed and his wife is not. His user logs on on boot with
out having to use the PW.
anywhere to look. I may set up a multi user here and see if I can
figure it out.
