I need some recommendations regarding what would be the best possible solution for a friend who has a very large house.
Actually his house is big, but the land surrounding it is massive. he has a pool, a home theater room, gazebo area etc all a good distance away from the main house. As you can imagine with a property that size, wireless is a major PITA for him. He's tried stuff like powerline with access points and what not, but still it's not robust enough nor does it provide him with enough bandwidth. So I want to see if a corporate solution would be better for him or not. I've heard good things about RUCKUS products, but I'm willing receive some advice on other brands. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think he would require around 15-20 AP's (about 1/2 indoor units 1/2 outdoor units) 1 POE Switch 1 AP Controller to manage the whole thing.
