[H] Breaking a Server 2K3 password

I have a 2K3 server with an admin password that was changed by a 
disgruntled employee.  Normally I'd boot with a PE disk, run ntpwedit 
and change it.  But this drive is using a software RAID (with, 
strangely, only one hard drive currently connected, but that's 
another issue.)  The software RAID means the drive comes up as a 
dynamic drive and I can't access it by a drive letter in BartPE.  Any 
ideas how I can crack this password?
