[H] Product Key Not Valid

I think I'm going to scream if I get told/read one more time that I 
either typed the key wrong or I don't have the required previous product.

This is the OEM System Builder 3 pack.  First install/first box/first 
disk.  Went all the way through the install and when I attempt to enter 
the product key off the box, I'm told the key is invalid.  Has anyone 
had this happen before?  Is this the case where you have to activate by 
phone and beg them for a number?

In this case, I tried the product key from another box and it did 
activate, but eventually I'll have to get back to the bad key.
